Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
01

What industries is the Dustmaster Series suitable for?

The Dustmaster Series is used in almost all industries where dust is released in the production process. Think of food, metal, recycling, aviation, defense and general industry.

Thanks to the modular structure, we put the system together per situation. This way, the installation always matches the type of dust, the extraction points and the production environment.

02

Is an ATEX version available?

Yes. The Dustmaster Series is also available in ATEX versions for environments where explosive substances are present.

Which version is required depends on the type of fabric and the zone layout. Our engineers will help you find the right configuration for your situation.

03

How energy efficient is the Dustmaster Series?

As standard, the Dustmaster Series comes with an IE5 motor, which is up to approximately 3.4% more efficient than an IE3 engine.

In practice, this means lower energy costs and a payback period of approximately 1.5-3 years for larger installations.

04

Can the Dustmaster Series be placed outside?

Yes. The Dustmaster Series can be installed indoors or outdoors.

The final setup depends on the space in the factory, the piping and the application. We always design the installation so that it fits well with the existing production environment.

05

How much does the Dustmaster Series cost?

That depends on the configuration. The Dustmaster Series is modular, so the price is determined by, among other things, capacity, filter system, engine power and any extensions.

That is why we usually make a technical inventory first. Based on this, we can make a targeted quote that suits your situation.
